On the hunt for new talent - AIM

On October 19, 2022, Merkle CAE Solutions was represented by Michael, Maik and myself at the Aalen Industrial Fair AIM in search of suitable young talent.

The students' interest in our booth was surprisingly high, even though Germany has lost further ground in the Pisa study and young people allegedly tend to avoid the natural sciences and engineering.

We are definitely looking forward to receiving some promising applications, be it for a bachelor or master thesis or even for a position as a computational engineer at Merkle CAE Solutions. Highly exciting topics in the field of simulation in one of the world's best teams are guaranteed.

As prizes, Merkle CAE Solutions has offered a half-day of body flying in Munich, followed by a meal with our management team, for the student rally, which is more or less the decoy used by the organizer to chase the students through the halls in search of the sticker. The lucky? We were able to meet the winners shortly after the prize draw at the fair.
